I invite you to compassionately and safely explore your heart and mind, so that you can directly experience a deeper level of what concerns and influences your life on a daily basis.
During our sessions, I listen to what you are feeling and saying, and then point (guide) you in an open and non-judgmental way towards the truth of what is arising within you in that moment.
It requires courage and a willingness to be truly honest with oneself to do this exploration. This guidance is an invitation to embrace the truth and take responsibility for your life experiences. It is an antidote to our conditioned habits of avoidance, suppression and blaming others which produces suffering.
My experience with this work is that it is life changing, promotes clarity, and genuinely shifts our perspective, allowing us to be open and embrace each moment of life fully.
